International Class 7 of Goods and Services is, “Machines and machine tools; motors and engines (except for land vehicles); machine coupling and transmission components (except for land vehicles); agricultural implements other than hand-operated; incubators for eggs.”
One of these things is not like the other. (Washington, Lincoln, Obama.)
I’ve read that fans are rallying to save Chuck and the Sarah Connor chronicles. What pointless shows to save… What about Pushing Daisies? Only the most beautiful show to ever grace television?!
Here’s a stumper: If lawyers and judges are supposed to know the law, why do lawyers write long-winded responses quoting law and other case findings? Shouldn’t they be able to present a case at face value and determine right or wrong? Should there need to be convincing? I guess that’s the crooked part of it.
In other words, why do I proof-read long-winded responses that quote law everyone trying the case should already know?
In other words, I am exhausted.
