I am currently working on this. In an effort to expedite completion, I bring it to work with me and paint during lunch. Genius McAdorable pretends not to see me when I do this.
Someone asked me, “What is that? Paint by numbers?” Not exactly.
I called a store the other day to see if they had a dress in my size. This conversation happened, in real life:
me: “Hi, do you have the Panoply dress?”
girl: “You mean the Penelope dress?”
me: “I guess, if Penelope is spelled P-A-N-O-P-L-Y.”
They didn’t have it. They also don’t have a dress called Penelope.
But, Taylor Hanson has one in the shape and form of a small daughter. I also have the nose to one said Penelope that I have vowed to wear every Halloween until the end of time.
Because somehow, that will teach the United States Postal Service, who refused to deliver my Penelope nose before Halloween, who exactly is boss.
I drove behind this guy almost all the way home today. After a while, it occurred to me that it’s odd to see a corporate vehicle with Jesus on it. Maybe it was carrying Bibles, who knows.
